The website explains where Clearwater County records are kept and how official records may be requested from the Clearwater County Sheriff, Idaho District Court clerk, Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification, and Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal profiles.
